My order from "Low Carb Canada" arrived today! I'm excited, especially because I can order right in Canada, and not have to pay the crazy shipping prices if it's from the U.S.
Anyway, I got a variety of Dream fields pasta, (I've been missing pasta since starting THM and am more than a little excited about getting Dreamfields! :) Nutritional yeast, Golden flax meal, ( also excited about this; it is used in many recipes from the book. Looking forward to trying the : "Just like wheat Thins"!- I want some crackers!!) :) and then, the famous: glucomannan powder! I'm going to try making "Cheesy Garlic Rolls" tonight and use them for hamburger buns, hope it works! I have to admit I am still skeptical, none of the " bread" I've made from the book so far has tasted like bread, (with the exception of "Trim Healthy Pancakes").
I'll try and post an update on how the rolls turn out later; right now it's nap time for all my little ones so I must go!

I myself have a hard time with the sweets and am slowly learning about the different alternatives in sweeteners available on THM. For example, I really dislike Truvia because of the fake taste/aftertaste so I'm in the beginning stages of using Erythritol instead.so far so good!
I understand about the bread recipes.... I saw on facebook about using a waffle iron to cook your Muffin N a Mug, so I tried it today. It was great! Next time I'll use Erythritol instead of Truvia (I have Truvia to use up so I experimented with it :0)
Dreamfields is wonderful! There's a THM friendly Mac N Cheese we enjoy and of course spaghetti. I haven't seen lasagna noodles around here so I'm excited you were able to get some!

Thanks for the comment Ashley! I know what you mean, I also find Truvia to have a fake taste, almost chemical like or something. I haven't tried Erythritol yet, but I'll look for it next time I go shopping.
Using a waffle iron sounds like a good idea, I'll have to give it a try!
I had to order my Erythritol from either Swansons or Netrition. I just made another MIM using Erythritol this time and I enjoyed it so much more! No after taste and it tasted more like a normal chocolate muffin/waffle is supposed to taste! :0)
I'll look up the sites you mentioned. The first time I tried making the chocolate MIM I did not even want to finish it I thought it tasted so bad with the stevia. :(
