Parmesan Crusted Chicken

I got this recipe from my sister-in-law. :)  It's easy to put together and it tastes delicious when done! Hope you like it! :)

1/2 c. Mayonnaise
1/4 c. parmesan cheese
4 chicken breast
4 T. Italian bread crumbs

Combine mayo with cheese. Place chicken on baking sheet and spread the mayo/cheese mixture over them. Sprinkle with bread crumbs. Bake at 425 for 20 minutes.

Note: When I made this didn't have any bread crumbs, so I used crushed rice crispy cereal and added Italian seasoning to it. I also used more then the called for 4 T.

Blue or Pink? Date and Time? :)

I am wondering what you all think:). My due date is in less than a week away now. Of course this little one will come in God's perfect timing, but just for the fun of it what do you think? A girl or boy? And, what day/time do you think he or she will be born? :)

To make it more fun, there will be a prize for the one who guesses closest to the correct time and date.   :)

Camera Cords & Computers

Well, we have been having some camera and computer problems (mostly shot power cords) thus the lack of pictures and lack of posts lately. I am hoping to get something figured out so I can LW, post some pictures of the new baby boy or girl who is due very soon now. :) Looking forward to that!

Hoping you all are having a wonderful day today!

Thought For Today

Lord, give me patience when wee hands
Tug at me with their small demands.
Give me gentle, smiling eyes,
Keep my lips from hasty replies.
Let not weariness, confusion, and noise
Obscure my vision of life's fleeting joys.
So when in the future my house is still,
No bitter memories its silence may fill.
