Japanese Chicken Salad

I got this delicious recipe from my sister-in-law.
Even the leftovers (if there are any:) are great!

Japanese Chicken Salad

2 Tbsp. sesame seeds, toasted
1/2 c. slivered almonds, toasted
2 c. cubed cooked chicken
1 small head cabbage, shredded
1 package Icheban or Ramen noodles, crumbled
5 slices bacon, cooked and crumbled
1/4 c. chopped green onions

Combine all of the above ingredients in a large bowl.

For the Dressing:

1/2 c. oil
3 Tbsp. white vinegar
1 Tbsp. sugar
1 tsp. salt
1/2. tsp. pepper
2 Tbsp. chicken bouillon

Combine the oil and vinegar. Add the sugar, salt, pepper and chicken bouillon; stir until completely mixed. Pour oil mixture over salad; toss to coat. Enjoy!:)
