Leaf Stamping

I recently found the idea of leaf stamping and thought it would be a fun to try. It was interesting to see how the variety of leaves stamped differently.
I used a variety of leaves with different shapes and textures. I even used some herb leaves such as sage which has a very pronounced texture that stamped really well.

One of the corners, with three leaf stamps.
(I think the three that I used here are maple, sage, and wild grape.)

Ready to write.

Your stationary turned out pretty:) I like all of the pictures that show how you did it. I never seem to have stationary around when I want to write a letter so I guess that I should make some...it looks like fun. Have you ever made potato stamps? those are neat also, I've used them to made wrapping paper before.

That's such a neat idea! It would probably look even prettier with green ink, or the other colors like you said. :)

Lovely! Great job on making such beautiful stationary! Since stationary can be hard to find, it's neat that you made your own!
