Saskatchewan Winter

Here are a few pictures taken this winter here in Canada:). Most days the temperature hasn't been as low as -40 F, but it still has been quite cold. I love the snow, and I am enjoying winter very much:).

Real cold, forty below zero!
(My wonderful husband:) gets the credit for this photo).

Neat old abandoned buildings on the property

Beautiful frost covered trees

The red barn

"He giveth snow like wool: He scatterth the hoarfrost like ashes. He casteth forth His ice like morsels: who can stand before His cold?" ~Psalm 147: 16-17

What beautiful pictures! So glad to see you posting again.

Your winter adjustment is much greater than mine! I am enjoying snow as well, but not the cold so much. I'm looking forward to spring when I can spend whole days outside once again. I am learning to appreciate God's creation in every part of the country.

-40 is seriously cold! Beautiful pictures and I especially liked the verse you paired with it.

Lovely winter! Don't you love snow? Do you all do any winter fun up there like ice skating or skiing? We are supposed to get another foot of snow this week. Ya!

Hello Lydia:),
Yes, I also really enjoy the snow:) (although most of the time I enjoy it through the window, because its so cold out:).

No, we haven't been ice skating or skiing this winter. We've talked about going skating, but so far haven't:).
